We bring together scientific expertise and grassroots engagement to create impact in biodiversity, environment, hydrogeology, climatology, disaster management, health awareness, tribal empowerment and sustainability.

Current Projects – Participatory Groundwater Management
Project 1: Participatory Groundwater Management - Maharashtra
OngoingTechnical Partner for "Assessment of Water Security through a Comprehensive Hydrogeological Approach for Planning Integrated Water Resources Actions in Vidarbha, Maharashtra." The project involves scientific hydrogeological assessments to support evidence-based planning of water resource interventions, including groundwater recharge enhancement, delineation of recharge potential zones, repair and rejuvenation of existing water harvesting structures, planning of soil and water conservation measures, management of subsurface flows, and promotion of rainwater harvesting at both community and household levels.
Project 2: Climate-Resilient Groundwater Assessment – Haryana
CompletedProvided technical support for climate-resilient groundwater assessment through hydrogeological and geospatial analysis to strengthen sustainable water resource planning.
Project 3: Natural Resource Planning – Chitrakoot
OngoingDeploying GIS, hydrogeology, groundwater assessment, and village-level planning for sustainable water security in Chitrakoot region.

📢 Vacancy Announcement

1. Field Geologist
M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Geology or Applied Geology.
Preference for candidates with field survey, hydrogeology, or groundwater investigation experience of at least 3 years. Essential: At least 2 years experience in conducting Resistivity Survey.
2. Social Surveyor
Graduate or Final Year Student (any discipline).
Preference for candidates with experience in community surveys or field data collection. Freshers may also apply. Marathi-speaking candidates preferred.
3. Project Coordinator
Graduate / Postgraduate in Sociology or related discipline.
4–5 years experience in field coordination, team management, and project documentation preferred.
4. GIS Specialist
Graduate / Postgraduate in GIS, Remote Sensing, Geography, Geology or related discipline.
At least 5 years experience in ArcGIS/QGIS, spatial data handling, and thematic map preparation preferred.
📌 General Information
- Project-based engagement.
- Remuneration will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
